As the chair of the Toro Energy Board (Non-Executive) Erica leads a team of experienced resource company executives. She is one of the few executive level women in the WA resources industry.

Erica commenced as a geologist in the Pilbara when it was rare to have women in the industry. Erica has over 30 years experience in the resources industry and has been the first female in many situations including the first woman accepted into the McGill University Applied Masters Degree, the first woman to be appointed as a Principal Geologist in BHP Minerals and the first woman to be appointed as the chairperson of the Pilbara Development Commission.

Erica has been, and continues to be, an inspiration to other women in the WA resources industry.
