Natasha Cann is a fourth generation miner who is proud to have been working in the resources sector for over 10 years. She is one of only a few women maintenance planners in Australia, and the only female maintenance planner to start her own company in Western Australia.
Natasha currently has her own business offering consulting services to a range of mining organisations. Her company is unique in that it specialises in mechanical and electrical maintenance planning, a highly sought after skill not readily available in the industry.
With a military background, rather than the traditional trade background usually associated with that of maintenance planners, Natasha credits her company motto, The Art of Can Do, as the reason for her success. She thrives on the challenge of being flexible, dynamic, and results-focused in the industry she is passionate about.
Natasha also feels deeply connected to the Western Australian landscape, which is reflected in her other passion, photography, capturing both the intricate and rugged beauty of the native Australian bush.
